We only have 10 league games left to consolidate a safe possition in the table
Morton home should be 3 points
Dundee away 0 points
Livingston home 1 point
Hamilton away 1
Aloa away 1
Dumbarton home 3
Queen of the south home 1
Falkirk away 0
Cowdenbeath home 1
Livingston away 1
Total 12 points On current form I see this as realistic , to be honest it needs to be better than that to stay away from relegation zone . Is it enough who knows , get the defence sorted and we could grind out a few draws from possible defeats and get a few wins out of draws .
I think we will be ok , however we need to get things sorted and fast .

Morton are good as relegated, 12 points behind Cowden and 17 behind us, with 30 points to play for. We won't be automatically relegated, but we could well be in the playoffs, as Jimmy Nic seems capable of extracting 110% from his players.
Would certainly help if we could hammer one of the final remaining nails into Morton's coffin, but if we somehow lose to a team that have won just three games all season (they've taken 2 points off us and almost got a third at SP) then that's the tipping point for me (I don't have any confidence in Murray). |

I think it'll be the same as last season. We'll flirt with relegation, then get Elliott, Watson and McGurn back, rediscover a bit of form and get enough points from the last few home games against Dumbarton, QoS and Cowden at Starks, to finish in 7th place.
Morton home 3pts
Dundee away 0pts
Livingston home 0pts
Hamilton away 0pts
Alloa away 3pts
Dumbarton home 3pts
Queen of the south home 3pts
Falkirk away 0pts
Cowdenbeath home 1pts
Livingston away 1 pts
14 points _________________ This is the year we win the Play-offs.

On paper we have some very winnable games at home while they away ones look much tougher
Alloa were shocking last week so about time we put this recreation plastic pitch hoodoo behind us too in what could be a massive game, other teams are going there and winning comfortably.
Elliot and more importantly Watson back fit will be important.
Sick of saying it but our players are good enough to avoid 9th with a bit to spare. They need to want it enough and they need to be set up correctly to achieve it.....
If we get into Europe next season then we will struggle to get out of the group phase unless we improve things drastically.... |

Can't see where the next win is coming from.
Unbelievable that we are looking at Alloa and Cowden results at 4.45 for some solace. |

Its simply a score cast of the remaining 10 games , a realistic target for the team in points and games . Considering the form we have had 2 wins a a few draws is a fair target out of 10 games . Whats not logical about that .
What kind of a target would you set for the remainder of the season to survive in this league and avoid a relegation playoff spot . Right now we are staring down the barrel of a gun in terms of which way our season gose . _________________ Only on fan talk can supporters find a negative in a 5-0 win. 🤔 |

Considering form the last 10 games we have managed 4 draws which equates to 4 pts out of a possible 30 _________________ THERES FIVE OF ME |

I'll split the difference between your score cast and mine 11 points . Even though we have been honking for ages I still like to stay slightly positive . _________________ Only on fan talk can supporters find a negative in a 5-0 win. 🤔 |

The way things are currently we'll end up in play off and the pars will easily relegate us over two legs...no problem...and it really pains me to say that.
They would absolutely love to relegate us - we have to avoid a play off and I just can't see it happening - regardless of who tells me not to panic.
It would be typical of Rovers to miss out on the most lucrative 1stDiv/Championship ever.
After our cup runs these last two years we'll be in profit again this season - we cannot miss out on the Championship next season.....cannot.
Before anyone moans that I'm not behind the team being a supporter etc i am just being realistic - even when i listen to murray in interviews he is coming across as not really knowing why things are the way they - like he genuinely doesn't know how to change things. I can barely bring myself to listen to his post match interviews. |
