Why do they bother with this competition when it seems so disorganised and an incovenience to the senior clubs? |

I believe it's still a necessity so that the Fife Football Association gets a rep on the SFA or whatever it is these days. Same applies to their areas e.g. Stirlingshire Cup, Renfrewshire Cup, the Ayrshire Cup etc. If I recall the Angus ones used to play for the Forfarshire Cup and so on it goes throughout the land.
It's something to do with the above but I may not have my facts exactly correct. _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

A quote from a Cowdenbeath fan on P&B
Quote: | East Fife have withdrawn from the semi final against us due to having a lot of injuries. Final is now on 3rd May at Starks Park Raith Rovers v Cowden with both sides playing their under 20s. |

I advocated this before, Fife Cup should be made into a preseason competition. or played during the international brakes. _________________ You'll see a footballer from bravery altruism and fantasy
