I thought the tribunal for Nisbets transfer fee was meant to have been on 31st October? I’ve not seen much about the result. Any one know? _________________ Davie McGurn gone but never forgotten! |

Unfortunately the whole process is shrouded in secrecy and, from what I have read, clubs are generally banned from disclosing the outcomes of the Compensation Tribunal.
Fairly typical of those that run our game, what ever happened to transparency in football business? Clubs, players, Chairmen and board members all have their actions, both pat and present, scrutinised to the nth degree, but it would appear the blazers are above such scrutiny.
Unless the sum is shown in the accounts of either club, or someone at either club publicly complains about the level of compensation, we will never know. Even then it would only be an unofficial figure and wont take into consideration any future payments.
It is high time that transfer fees in general were more transparent, all of this 'undisclosed fee' nonsense surely flies in the face of all clubs being transparent with their financial affairs. _________________ http://www.helpforheroes.org.uk/ |

I hope and development fee is awarded on what he did with us, not with the Pars. I never thought I'd hear myself say it, but who needs him? |

Nisbet scored the winner again last night.
Does anyone know what the outcome of the tribunal was?
Really poor that we have heard nothing at all.
If there was agreement to keep it confidentail at least the club could tell us that. |

I agree that the Club should provide some clarity on this, although I have the feeling that we wouldnt enjoy what we are likely to hear!
I wish Kevin Nisbet a really good career, which his stint with us helped to revive. We cant pretend that he didnt do everything he could to get us promoted-and would have stayed if we had. Can't blame the guy for our high goals against count!!!
(On the plus side we are not suffering another long-term injury problem -Euan Murray. Assuming Michael Miller is now fit,or very close,he has been a very good replacement) |

Well I just phoned the SPFL to see if I could get any clarification on the whole Transfer Tribunal Panel thing, unfortunately there was nobody available to answer my questions so I have emailed them in to info@spfl.co.uk
I'll let you know if I ever get a response _________________ http://www.helpforheroes.org.uk/ |

Good man RZ but sad that you have go down that route for clarity
Rumoured on another channel that we owed the bar codes money from SC tie which took care of any payment we were due for Nisbet _________________ THERES FIVE OF ME |

I think that rumour is just Townies trying to regain some of the moral high ground from the time they didn't pay us for tickets they sold (New Year 2011) and used the money to sign Hardie and Rutkiweitz.
They sold the tickets to their own fans, and had almost 50% of the crowd, so there would be no reason for us to be due them money months down the line. Especially as we would have earned a few more quid from the game at Easter Road in the next round. _________________ Dougie Hill

They didnt pay us for tickets from new year game is heresay as far as I,m aware
Dont think selling tickets to their own fans means a lot.Believe the dont/didnt keep the money from their own sales but its divvied up after by either the football authorities or our club after relevant deductions
Anyway,we.ll wait and see if RZ gets a reply from the powers that be as they may well be the only avenue for any transparency _________________ THERES FIVE OF ME |
