Job done! Great result in a place that's difficult to pick up points.
Well done to all the team.👏👏👏👍 _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

Listened to the Raith TV commentary - on edge with some great reporting from the team - proud Rovers fan tonight. Sounds like everyone played their part with a lot of praise for Louis Vaughan - two headed goals from Connolly - a giant of a man. _________________ Here Wee go again |

Just back.
Tail of two halves, first 45 we were really good and ripping them to pieces,
Second 45........hoof ball with only a few decent moves.
Panic stations after we gifted them a goal
Plenty of plaudits for most for first 45m........2nd half , we just didn’t find our own players, couldn’t keep the ball and the slick passing had gone.
Something we have all seen before.
That said, ‘twas 3 points and a win is a win.
Will be interesting to see what IM says in the after match interview.
We deserved the 3 points but boy, we made the second half very difficult for ourselves. _________________ Born a Rover Live a Rover Die a Rover |

Tough slog 2nd half. More knocks/possible absentees for Saturday is far from ideal.
Unfortunately Airdrie couldn’t do us a wee favour but at least with them playing tonight also they have no freshness advantage..
Rest up good for a day or two and go again, hopefully news isn’t too bad on injury front |

Just watched the highlights. Some heavy defending needed in the second half but we again got the breaks when needed. Defenders doing their collective job big style 👌
Should have finished it off with the breakaways but still a great result overall. _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

For info, the last match which the Rovers played on Tuesday 31st October also finished 2-1, but a defeat, vs Bayern Munich. |

Could have been more in the second half. However, Morton also could have scored on more than one occasion. A really good result against a very big, tough side.
Aiden Connolly getting back to his form with two well taken goals. The second of which came from the Millen Connolly partnership I have been waiting to see resume. More to come from this lucrative pairing soon we hope?
Morton are having a fairly hefty fixture list, with Ayr last Saturday, a two day break then us last night, a two day break and then the Pars on Friday. Hardly time to rest or train!
Let's have more of last night's first half performance, but over the full 90 minutes on Saturday when we meet Airdrie. This of course will be heavily governed by our walking wounded list I guess?
