Ya dancer! There's something special going on with this team. I was getting worried that we could have been in third place this time next week with Partick winning and us losing and to meet each other on Friday night.
Don't know what that was all about πππ
Fantastic result. Well done again to everyone! _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

This squad of players just don't know when to quit.
The desire to win and keep going to the final whistle in this Raith Rovers team is of the best attitude, determination, fight, power and skill EVER!
Well done the Rovers. |

There are not enough superlatives to describe this group of players we have assembled, their never say die attitude and commitment is something out of this world.
From the new ownership to the management to everyone who works so tirelessly behind the scenes in making us all so proud to be Raith Rovers, I'd personally like to say a great big thank you |

This was simply a great performance from a depleted squad. Although how can I describe any of our players as part of a depleted anything? Every one of them played their part judging by RTV commentary. I can't wait to see the highlights.
Definitely put Drunken Duncan's gas at a peep!
WELL DONE LADS. |

Bump! π
Something that I posted earlier in the week on the Facebook page.
This fixture frustrates me greatly these days and it's nothing to do with the hex they've had over us for decades. It's a "home" game for me but unfortunately I'm not able to travel down due to the requirement of having to use public transport. The bus timetable was changed a couple of years ago and it now means having to leave fifteen minutes into the second half to get to the bus station ( it's a longish walk) for the last bus north.βΉοΈ. Miss that and you're on an overnighter. The bus doesn't stop on the Longman or at the end of the bridge. Limited stop stuff. There is only one bus on a Sunday going north and it leaves at 17.20! A whole day in Inverness on a Sunday? No thanks!π
I think I'm going to be missing a historic result on the dayπ€π€© _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

Hats off to John Robertson for his in depth knowledge covering for the BBC announcing our unchanged 11 from last Friday. I was already sitting in the car pretty despondent there was no Brown, no Millen and another makeshift back line with a newbie, a youngster who has featured once then been out injured and a right winger covering right full back.
Dominated the first half without really creating anything concrete in terms of chances.
Second half started as we have become accustomed. A bad goal to lose given Billy Mackay is about 3 ft 6 out jumping our defence and keeper.
A defeat would have been harsh and I can't wait to see Vaughans goal back because the composure he showed to finish it off was sublime.
The penalty scenes were just mental. You could hear a pin drop as Gullan steadied himself and as the ball hit the net all bedlam unleashed. Absolutely fantastic.
With a tail wind we could head to Tannadice in two weeks top of the league.
Enjoying the wee team comments on the other channel from fans of a Highland League side who should be nowhere near the Championship.
Braw. |

Watched the highlights and itβs definitely not over the line in the first half. However, it appeared to be quite a one sided match with Rovers head and shoulders above Caley. Smart finish by Vaughan and a certain penalty with Stanton being sent flying. Great result and performance _________________ Two pints prick |
