After the blood pressure shooting through the roof tonight I am leary of starting a new thread but have been encouraged by Me Embow to do so.
That was some game tonight - hope we score one more than the opposition this week.
Also best wishes to Sam Stanton and to all the Rovers family over the festive and rest of the season _________________ Here Wee go again

Well, we’ll see if I’m a charm or a curse, I guess…if the flights stay on time. Looking forward to finally getting back to a game at Stark’s Park, and gutted that Sam will likely be absent from the team (even if it’s a precaution, I expect IM to take no chances). Looking forward to a cold, wet, miserable experience, COYR. |

Have you worked out where Kirkcaldy is and how to get there? |

Since I was christened in Inverteil Parish Church, I consider myself able to figure that out. Just gotta hope Scotrail decides to run Saturday…they sold me a damn ticket… |

Having worked and lived in Irving for a while I wouldn't diss Scotrail too much! |

DART hasn’t had an industrial action here yet… just saying. |

This game more "water on ice" than a banana skin. Despite Dick Campbell's success and ultimate slump with them - despite Jim McKintyre's failure at Cove Rangers, the Lichties are performing well at the moment. They almost drew with us, beat Inverness and drew with the Pars. They are certainly not getting thrashed like they were, just a few weeks ago.
This will be a very tough game.
Btw - all games in the Championship were draws Fri / Sat. Anyone dared to put a tenner on that? No? Me neither! |

Enduring a really rough day weatherwise here so decided to have a look ahead to the weekend for the game.
Weather forecast for this isn't looking too good at all.
As it stands, it's giving heavy rain and windy with some strong gusts just to put an edge on things.
This may change nearer Saturday.🤞 _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

These weather conditions should suite Arbroath Embow. It will be just like a balmy August afternoon at Gayfield for them! |

The way he was when he went off on Friday, I can't see Sam Stanton playing against Arbroath. So, with Byrne suspended ,the midfield will be reshaped completely. Scott Brown will return to DM but will Scott McGill , Ross Matthews or even Josh Mullin fill in?
If Ross Matthews does not play a significant role ,does it indicate that he's not part of IM's plans for the rest of the season and will go out on loan in January? Given that he's out of contract at the season's end, would this spell the end of Rossco's time at SP, an unthinkable situation not so long ago.
CB has also to be addressed on Saturday. If Dylan Corr plays ahead of Dan O'Reilly that would suggest that Dan is not likely to play for The Rovers again. |

Absolute pits of a day weather-wise, especially in the afternoon, according to the forecast ten minutes ago. Transient snow turning to heavy rain with strong gusts of wind. Not going to be too much silky soccer on show. Could well be a lottery as to which team adjusts better to the conditions. _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

Cynic…current forecast is a balmy 4-6C with only a 60% chance of light to moderate rain…beautiful…oh, and a hearty ESE wind. |

Snow is fairly coming down here in Glenrothes. Hopefully it's not lying down Kirkcaldy way. _________________ Fantalk~Often wrong but never in doubt |
