Do we play our strongest team (whatever that is) or do we give guys like Corr and McGill a run out?

I would prefer Murray to attempt to find a winning formula. I think going into the playoffs on the back of good performances and results will set us up well and great for confidence.

I do however think we have to find a potential RB. Should we manage to make final then a chance we could face St J and without Brown.

I'd like him to play players in their correct positions and forget his favourites.

Wasn’t at Saturdays game but getting the feeling that things are going a bit flat, similar to not winning the league v Alloa / Ayr then falling flat in the playoffs? God forbid!

Airdrie (in particular) after the defeat in Dundee was damaging. We need to see re-energising of the team.

The next two games are glorified training exercises. Arbroath at home not so much as it would be nice to go into play off with a win, good performance and sending the fans away happy and optimistic.

Inverness are the team under all the pressure on Saturday so I’d like to think we will go up there attack minded and play with the handbrake off a bit, I mean why not?

Whoever we end up playing out of Thistle/Airdrie, I’m hoping we go into 1st leg on the front foot and forward thinking… Achilles heel is our defending so why rely on it to sneak a result back to Starks? Our opponents will have had two hard competitive fixtures in quick succession, we ‘should’ be fitter, fresher…let’s just go for it and put it on them from the off…

I agree with this BP.

However surely we have a replacement Right Back in Matthews? A couple of weeks ago he gave one of the best Right Back performances I have seen this year.

It's 30 years ago this week (today, in fact), since their vile subhuman of a manager viciously assaulted Jock McStay at Ibrox.
It would be nice to think karma bites him where it hurts most this Friday.

Everything to play for for them, great record against us, home game, our side weak in midfield, weak in defence and goals now few and far between - and dead-rubber, on paper at least. I fear humilition in this one, I'm afraid.

Come on, Neil, that's not like you to be so negative!! Weak midfield? Not if IM fields Scott Brown, Rossco and Sam Stanton. Our defensive side has improved since the change of tactics to involve the whole of the team. That does mean that we create fewer chances, inevitably, but we need to be sure that we are hard to beat in the first Playoff Semi and then " sweep" to victory at SP ( by one goal 😂) and Friday will be part of that plan. So, a draw or break away win by one goal tomorrow!

I think IM ahead of the play offs will not risk certain players in what are effectively dead rubbers.

IM will want, imo, what he considers his best players available for the playoffs.

There are arguments to mix n max, or to risk his best team ( in his head) to go out as a team and try to build momentum with HIS first choice starters.

Unfortunately my crystal ball is not working at the moment, consequently,IM is damned if he Does and damned if he doesn’t, whichever way he goes.

I am simply gonna pray to Lady Luck and ask Santa forza early Xmas present.
Whilst also crossing my fingers/ toes and tying the wife in knots.
I may also make a personal plea to the G man upstairs. Wink

Especially with Queens Park still to face Arbroath, we can help get Big Dunc relegated by winning. Do it for Jock!

Arbroath have released a statement concerning recent comments made by Duncan Ferguson. He apparently questioned the Arbroath players professionalism around their remaining matches. This must be in relation to their recent hammering by Ayr.

Senior officials from ICT have contacted Arbroath and apologised but as yet nothing forthcoming from Ferguson.
