Undoubtedly tie of the round and should be a TV pick, although why do I get the feeling that the BBC will select Queen's Park v Partick? _________________ Dougie Hill

They might even select Partick Thistle v Queens Park as I'm sure that there aren't any replays.😉 _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

I was so fixated with our draw I didn't even bother to look at which way their game came out.
The Pars will be fired up, but they'll be more nervous about facing us than the other way around as they'll know we can't really play any worse than yesterday. _________________ Dougie Hill

Would have rather been given an easier tie. Yeah we've beaten them twice but neither victory has been combined with a convincing performance. I also suspect this will be a blood and thunder affair, with hefty challenges and a red card or two thrown in which could have consequences for our league campaign.
I wouldn't be surprised if Dundee Utd's visit to Palmerston gets the nod for the TV pick. _________________ Fantalk~Often wrong but never in doubt |

It's only the third round , so won't they select a tie that has more of the Romance of the Cup than any of the fixtures mentioned above?
Disappointing if they don't ! |

Not the greatest of draws in terms of progression but more than doable.
Would like if the two sides could get their heads together, make the ticket cost on the low side and try to sell the place out…great payday for both and some consolation for the loser.
TV? How many ties are likely to be shown?
BBC will most likely want to go for one of the fairytale ones, maybe Dunbar v Alloa but after that we surely have a chance? |

At this stage it is only 1 live match (BBC). |

Dunfermline have a game on the Tuesday night so that might stop a potential TV game being played on the Monday. However it is down to TV and they won't care about moving other fixtures to suit their schedule. |

First time for a long time that I'm now in two minds about going to a Fife Derby. The six times in a season nonsense and now on tv. 🤔 |

Friday night will lessen the attendance, as will tv, however to compensate this should be priced lower to encourage more fans to go

Where did that paltry amount come from? Thought it would be roughly 10x that? |
